Share the information provided at the beginning of this guide across your organisation.
Ask your people what support they need during this time.
Promote your existing support via your intranet, newsletter, website, on the back of the toilet doors. E.g. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Wellness Action Plans, counselling service.
Promote your mental health champions and mental health first aiders (if you have these). Ensure they have information to signpost around financial concerns.
Do you have an employee or club loan system in place or one you can provide to support your people during this time?
Add a financial wellbeing section to your intranet and/or website page and include support and signposting information.
Deliver a webinar or lunch time chat on financial wellbeing (not advice but guidance and support). Ask your pension provider, EAP service or bank if they can support this.
Share the Five ways to wellbeing as a way to support your wellbeing.
Introduce or update your employee Wellness Action Plans.

Provide your coaches, club leaders, managers, with this guide to share with their teams/clubs/athletes at meetings, club sessions etc.
If you are able, provide team lunches, reduce the amount of travelling people need to make, offer additional annual leave, wellbeing days or birthdays off if unable to increase pay and reward benefits.
If your facilities are already open and heated, offer space for people to use your wifi, have a drink, a free shower, a chat with someone.
