The Workplace Wellbeing Index provides a wealth of data; however, we understand the sheer quantity of information can make identifying key areas of strength and needs for improvement more challenging to pull out.
The intuitive user interface and powerful visualisations make understanding your Workplace Wellbeing Index report even easier.
Your Index dashboard draws 3 key measures of mental health and wellbeing in your organisation and 5 key questions from each Index assessment area that we know most significantly shape mental health outcomes at work. Allowing you to focus on the areas that will have the most impact in your business.
The Index dashboard can be easily shared and accessed anywhere with a simple URL link.
The Workplace Wellbeing Index report provides lots of information, data and recommendations. However, this format and depth of detail is not always appropriate for dissemination amongst your wider stakeholders.
Your Index dashboard data can be shared more readily with stakeholders through quick downloads into PowerPoint or in a PDF format. Alternatively you can also grant individuals access to your entire dashboard.
The simple user interface allows for easy filtering of results by department, region or job seniority.
The Index report provides you with a detailed breakdown of your organisation's results by your subgroup questions in data tables. The Index Dashboard provides this data in a digestible, presentation ready format for easy comparison.
All results shown in your Index Dashboard can be filtered using your organisation’s agreed subgroup questions allowing you to easily explore the results of a specific department or region.
Subgroup question: Question relating to the structure of your business (e.g. department, job seniority, location)
We can support you with the construction of bespoke pages and dashboards to track progress year on year, further interrogate your data or support internal reporting.
The dashboard focuses on key questions and measures based on data and insights we have gathered over the years. However, we understand that you may have specific priorities within your organisation and would rather select alternative questions and measures to support your strategy and reporting.
The bespoke dashboard allows you to choose questions and key measures to add to your dashboard from a carefully selected pool of Index staff survey questions.
For organisations who have participated in previous years of the Workplace Wellbeing Index, we will also include a comparison page. This page will give you a snapshot of your organisation’s progress and allow simple comparison of key measures from one year to another.
