This year’s Time to Talk Day is all about bringing together the right ingredients to have a conversation about mental health. Whether that’s tea, biscuits and close friends or a room full of people challenging mental health stigma, we want you to get talking.
Taking part in Time to Talk Day is a great way to start the conversation about mental health in your workplace and break down barriers. 95% of workplaces who took part in 2018, said that people in their organisation are now more likely to talk about mental health as a result.
Hold a lunch and learn, give out materials or host a coffee morning - however you do it, we’ve got lots of ideas to get your conversations started.
