9 - 15 May 2022
We all need support on our mental health journey. But many of us don’t know where to reach out for support. Or how to share what we’re going through.
We’re determined to change that.
We’re here to fight for mental health for support. For respect. For you.
We all experience and talk about mental health differently. But we aren’t always listened to. And we aren’t always represented.
That’s why, this Mental Health Awareness Week on 9-15 May, we’re showing the different ways people talk about their experiences.
Through spoken word, people have shared their mental health stories. And expressed their thoughts, words, and feelings.
We want these stories to change the way we think and speak about mental health problems. And encourage people to seek support.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, you can help make that possible.
Share the stories with your colleagues and inspire them to reach out for support. And share the stories on social media to help us support people in your networks.
Share these stories. Be the reason someone reaches out for support.
