Keep in regular contact with friends and family via phone, text or instant message. Why not arrange group video chats with people you'd usually meet in person.
Have a routine
Try and follow your ordinary routine as much as possible. Plan how you'll spend your time. It might help to write it down.
Try to stay active
If you can build physical activity into your daily routine. This could be things like; house work and online workouts.
Find ways to relax and be creative
Try activities that help you relax and take notice of the present moment. This could be things like; arts and crafts or yoga and meditation.
