Find out how training courses could help you
Whether you are an individual, a small employer, or possibly a HR lead looking to trial training for your workplace, our courses are suitable for anyone interested in workplace wellbeing and mental health.
Our Mental health awareness course is a great introductory course for any audience. It is designed to raise awareness of mental health, including how to understand and recognise the causes and symptoms for a range of common and less-common mental health problems. It will also provide practical tips and sources of information to support conversations around mental health.

Our Managing mental health at work course has been created specifically for line / people managers. Alongside increasing your awareness of mental health and different mental health problems, the course outlines a manager’s role in building positive and supportive cultures at work, and explores how to build resilience through looking after the mental health of both you and your team.
Our training course on Mental health and how to support someone outlines the experiences of different mental health problems in more detail. It will equip learners to gain greater confidence when providing support to colleagues in the workplace, including how to have appropriate and supportive conversations about mental health.
Our Customer support and mental health course outlines how mental health problems can impact on us and our customers, and will help you to build the skills to look after your mental health at work. We will develop your understanding of how best to respond to and support your customers, and equip you with helpful approaches to cope with challenging situations.
All our courses are priced at £200 +VAT per person.
Courses are virtual events held via Zoom so you can benefit from training wherever you are. Led by one of our expert trainers, each course lasts up to 3 hours 30 minutes.
We welcome small groups of people from the same organisation to join our courses at a maximum of 2 per course. Larger groups may be interested in our training for organisations.
